Also inspired by another dear friend Mark and his reminder of doing things for yourself too. Today has been a bad day. Not a rough day physically, lazy in fact. But emotionally a bad day.

Bruce and Jean committed to cycling together on their very first date. Our first big event was Cycle Oregon. We have both done many triathlons, including IronMan Triathlons, and have logged many bicycle miles together. We took the train to Phoenix, Arizona, where we left our bikes for the winter.
